Starting the project from 495m² of bare-bones office space, The Datum Group designed and built a new communal area for students to work together and socialise. This involved introducing new wall partitions, mechanical & electrical services, lighting, heating, plumbing and ventilation. Our joinery team designed a number of bespoke high-end furniture for workspaces, meeting rooms, and breakout areas along with timber panelling details for ceiling finishes.
