Paul Adams has over 25 years of experience in managing high-end, technically challenging construction projects. Paul oversees all operations to ensure they are all delivered to the exceptional standard that the business has become known for.

Greg Thabit

Group Commercial Director

Greg Thabit has over 18 years’ of experience working within Consultancy, Subcontractor and Main Contractor environments. Greg oversees all commercial aspects of each of the businesses on a project-by-project basis.

Nik Evans

Fit Out Director

Nik Evans has extensive experience in Carpentry and refurbishment works. He adds invaluable business experience in this field and ensures that The Datum Group excels in every facet of building works undertaken for clients.

Paul Hutchinson

Structural Director

Paul Hutchinson has over 25 years’ experience in the management of a variety of structural building works. Paul manages a significant proportion of The Datum Group sites and ensures all works are carried out to the highest possible standard

Projects Director

Martin has multifaceted major projects experience ranging from technically challenging projects on the London Underground to multiple unit high end student accommodation projects, as well as bespoke residential developments.

Joe Bilton

Electrical Director

Joe Bilton is a qualified electrician with over 10 years of experience working on a mixture of residential and commercial projects ranging from 60 apartments in Kings Cross to local domestic refurbishments. 

Jamie Pavitt

Joinery Director

Jamie comes from both a design and joinery background and possesses over 20 years’ experience. He has a particular in-depth knowledge of joinery sheet materials. He prides himself on his attention to detail and dedication to the quality of his work. Jamie oversees The Datum Group’s joinery workshop.

Dan Dent

Plumbing Director

Dan Dent is a gas-safe accredited qualified plumber by trade and was also managing his own plumbing and heating business prior to joining The Datum Group. With over 10 years’ experience on the tools, Dan is able to determine solutions to all plumbing and heating requirements .

Gregg Douglas is a qualified electrician with over 15 years’ experience. Gregg’s ability and knowledge on the job is second to none. He takes pride in every job that he takes on. Gregg is qualified in Electrical testing and inspection and is our Qualified Supervisor under the NIC EIC Approved Contractor Scheme.

Darren Marsh

Plumbing Director

Darren Marsh is a Gas Safe accredited heating engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the plumbing and heating trade. As well as working with natural gas he can also work with LPG appliances, unvented cylinders G3 and specialises in underfloor heating.
