Amberley, Ware

Outline of project: 

Single storey rear and side extension to form new open plan kitchen, living and dining space.

The works:

The works included foundations, external walls, ground floor slab, pitched and flat roofs, underfloor heating, new electrics, strip out of the majority of the ground floor, new floor finishes, internal decoration, kitchen cabinetry with stone worktops, bespoke triangular atrium glazing, and windows and doors.

Due to the disruption to the ground floor the client had to vacate their property for part of the works. To coordinate this we compiled a phasing plan and detailed programme of works to ensure everything ran smoothly.

End result:

The client was very happy with how the project was managed and the outcome of works. They have recommended DPC to two people since the works have been finished.
